At Little Big Health Solutions we offer a boots-on-the-ground, in person support for a non-regulatory deep-dive assessment of your facility's infection prevention (IP) policies and procedures, identifying potential gaps in practices.

 

This in-depth assessment process is the first step in identifying strengths and weaknesses, allowing us the opportunity to make improvement recommendations based on your assessment results, and in turn work with you in creating a plan for implementing these improvements.  Our IP team will offer you hands-on guidance, support, education and resources, using only evidence-based practices.  Our primary goal is to support you in reducing the risk of infection within your facility and improving the lives of our most vulnerable population!  We believe this is done best by equipping you to build upon your existing practices in delivering the best care possible, while working with you to create a sustainable plan for ongoing and future IP success.
